Managing Director and founder of Ensign Security & Ensign Care
With over eighteen years management experience and a passion for raising the standards in the industry, Nigel has lead Ensign security as Managing Director since its incorporation in 2004. Nigel has a clear understanding of the challenges and issues faced by businesses, education and health care and is able to deliver highly innovative programmes and solutions.
Nigel has vast experience in the security industry and as a qualified trainer, provided security training to over 2000 people out of work. As director of Ensign Care, Nigel has propelled the company forward over the last 4 years with a service which is greatly needed and appreciated.
Human Resources Manager
A retired police officer with 13 years management experience in the security industry and key developer of the Ensign Care brand over the past 4 years. Neil is responsible for the workforce nationwide, their health & Safety and continued development and training.
Catherine has a BSc (Hons) degree in Health Science form the University of Central Lancashire. She has over 10 years experience in healthcare and business administration. Catherine has worked as a care assistance and was also a carer for her mother.
She is meticulous to detail and procedures and oversees billing, wages and DBS verification.
Business Development Manager
Mark is responsible for the sales team and for expanding the success of Ensign Care throughout the UK. He has a great deal of professional experience in dealing with all sectors of NHS management and understands the needs of the client at every level.
Business Development Manager
Tracy is a highly experienced and motivated sales and business development manager. Having worked extensively in both the public and private sectors, Tracy is responsible for developing the growth of Ensign Care throughout the UK.
Recruitment & Training Manager
An experienced and gifted recruitment specialist, Jayne has worked in recruitment for over 15 years. She has managed a recruitment agency and managed recruiting and training for large national organisations in both travel and finance sectors in the UK and Europe.
Jayne has worker previously as a Dementia Support Worker giving her first hand experience to train new colleagues.
Sophie undertakes all pre-employment checks including: work history, ID checks, right to work, qualifications and DBS checking, ensuring all our staff are vetted and compliant to framework standards.
Quality Control Supervisor
Karen is responsible for the quality of our service at ward level and is committed to ensuring our high standards are always maintained. She is a very experienced Dementia Support Worker and deals with our staff empathetically and fairly. She is an invaluable member of the management team.
